He has served as a Director at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. since 1993 and holds a board position at Taro Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. Renowned for his financial acumen, he was honored with CNBC TV18’s CFO of the Year award in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors for two consecutive years, 2011 and 2012.

Mr. Chintan Vijay Valia, is a Chartered Accountant by profession and holds a Post Graduate Management Program (PGMP) from IIM Bangalore. With over thirteen years of association with the Company, he has been instrumental in driving its transformation into a prominent conglomerate with diversified operations, including Lending, Equities and Derivatives Trading, Equity Research, Mutual Fund Distribution, and Investment Banking Services.
He has extensive experience across a range of sectors, including capital markets, investment banking, and the FMCG industry. With a proven track record, he has also been actively involved in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, driving business growth and strategic initiatives. His multifaceted expertise equips him with leadership skills, enabling him to navigate complex business environments effectively.

Ms. Darshna Mehta is the Managing Director of ITI Gold Loan, Business Head of ITI Gold Loan & Head of Human Resources of ITI Group. She is also responsible for administration apart from the entire gamut of Business & HR activities including strategic planning, niche talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, performance management, change management, organizational development, employee engagement & culture building. She brings with her over 15 years of professional experience. She manages various functions including P&L, Operations, Product & Processes of the business.

At ITI Gold loan, he drives various functions including Sales, P&L, Product, Process, Business set up, Collections. Mr.Nijesh is passionate about setup and expansion of new business and his efforts, vision is instrumental in building dynamic and aggressive sales structure. He fosters training and development methodology and has been successfully training teams on regular basis. During his career, he was associated with organizations like India Infoline & Mannapuram Finance.
